CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear clients, we are honored that you have chosen our company as your provider of financial and real estate services. In order to provide you with our services properly, we process your personal data to the extent which is necessary.

Personal data is processed in full compliance with the legal regulations, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, known as the GDPR (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

In accordance with the Regulation, we provide you with detailed information on how we handle your personal data at this point. The information can be found below. Please give it your attention.

Purpose of processing: contacting your person back with possible subsequent provision of services according to the contract that will be concluded with you, e.g. from personal finance, private consulting, corporate finance and real estate.

Scope of personal data processed: you will provide the personal data listed below for the above purpose:

    Name,

    your surname,

    contact details (telephone, e-mail address).

The recipients of personal data: the Company is entitled, under the conditions set out in applicable law, to transfer the Client’s personal data for further processing to persons (recipients) who process personal data solely for the purpose of carrying out the activity for which such recipient has been authorized by the Company and mainly on the basis of a contract for the processing of personal data and/or for the purpose of fulfilling the Company’s legal or contractual obligations and/or on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data granted to the Company by the Client and/or on the basis of the Company’s legitimate interest. Such recipients include, in particular, the Company’s cooperating financial advisors, accounting, tax and information and communication systems providers (e.g. IT services), the Company’s cooperating real estate agents and the Company’s cooperating attorneys.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties from outside the EU and EEA.

The duration of processing of personal data: the Company processes personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary, that is, for the duration of the provision of services and further as required by applicable laws. The maximum processing period is 10 years from the end of the provision of services. This does not affect the obligation to retain documents and records under other legislation. You may at any time ask the Company to correct or complete your personal data should it be inaccurate or incomplete. The Company must delete your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) you withdraw consent and there is no further reason for the processing, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, (iv) the processing is unlawful, or (v) a legal obligation to do so exists.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling based on the Personal Data processed.

In the event that the Company will use Personal Data for a purpose other than that set out in this Information Clause, it will promptly provide the Client with information about that other purpose and the further information set out in this Personal Data Processing Information.

In the event of a breach of the foregoing agreement, the Client may lodge a complaint directly with the Office for Personal Data Protection (the Office for Personal Data Protection), located at:
